Our Battery Management System (BMS) ensures a balanced and optimal energy capacity and consumption rate, keeping our scooter battery cells intact and long-lasting.

To support our engines, which run on high voltage 60V or 72V adjoining batteries, our BMS technology guarantees the lower capacity cells are fully charged and prevents the higher voltage cells from over-charging. This optimized charging process prepares your scooter for another day of safe, powerful and cost-efficient riding.

The Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) controls BLITZ scooters’ functionality and performance. It converts the battery’s direct current to sine wave and transfers it to the three coils located in the engine.

The controller is connected to the scooter’s throttle, through which riders can control the torque the engine creates. It intuitively senses the engine’s load levels and its rotation speed, and according to the road’s condition and the riders’ instructions the controller determines the amount of current that will be transferred to the engine’s coils. According to the engine’s rotation speed the controller transfers the current to the coils in the required pace.

BLITZ’s engine controller creates an ACsine wave in order to generate smooth and constant rotations, even at low speeds. It is highly efficient, always and accurately determining how much torque is required according to road conditions and velocity, and sets the current accordingly. Minimizing energy loss to heat within the engine.
