Our Battery Management System (BMS) ensures a balanced and optimal energy capacity and consumption rate, keeping our scooter battery cells intact and long-lasting. To support our engines, which run on high voltage 60V or 72V adjoining batteries, our BMS technology guarantees the lower capacity cells are fully charged and prevents the higher voltage cells from over-charging. This optimized charging process prepares your scooter for another day of safe, powerful and cost-efficient riding.
Managing your brake pressure distribution evenly between both wheels to optimal condition, our Combined Braking System (CBS) delivers an exceptional braking capacity. The system is safe, highly reliable and robust and allows our drivers to brake on both front and rear discs simultaneously, with one handle. The result is the highest level of brake safety, shorter braking distances and enhanced brake pad lifetime.
BLITZ’s innovation starts at our engine and its BrushLess Direct Current (BLDC) technology. Connected to the wheels are Neodymium-Bohr N38 magnets which are highly powerful, stable and heat-resistant. Combined with the highest quality isolated wound copper coil, measuring half a kilometer in length, connected to the main shaft. This carries the high currents required to power fantastic torque and revolve the wheel. With no friction, our engines boast a magnificent 91.5% electric energy to mechanical energy conversion efficiency ratio.
